We have a 2 hour minimum of $195 for Handyman / Home Renovation jobs. Does not apply to electrical or plumbing jobs
Plus $110 for each additional hour + materials.
We require $195 upfront as a deposit to schedule your work day.
Because additional job items tend to be added throughout the job... We show up and go to work, then the bill is tallied at the end of the job.

Non Flat Rate Project Rates
Handyman Rates - If a job does not fall under our flat rate guide, we require a proper "Estimate" for the job calculated with Time p/hour + Materials based on the entire scope of the job.
Electrical Rates - $115/hour + materials
Plumbing Rates - $156/hour + materials
- Plumbing leaks are NOT a flat rate charge. This requires a diagnostic + Estimate of time + materials.
Home Renovation projects, such as Bathroom or Kitchen Remodeling, Window or Door Replacement, Updated Electrical or Plumbing Fixtures, all require a Consultation to Estimate the proper Time + Materials needed to provide the best finished job possible.
*Note: In-Home consultations are subject to a $200 Consultation Fee, which may be applied to the project invoice upon acceptance of the estimate and agreed upon scope of work.
